- We do accept and encourage personal checks if 1) received more than 15 days in advance 2) ID matches name and address on check 3) Is drawn on a National Bank (such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase etc) or on a bank local to the Austing/Round Rock area of Texas. Out of state non national bank checks must be received no less than 30 days in advance
- Using our Venmo business a 2% fee will be added. Scan the QR code or pay to @SullivanVacationRentals
- There will be a 3% fee added if you use Pay Pal and your credit card.

- Please only pay after payment quote. Booking more than 60 days in advance? You may pay in up to three installments with final payment due 15 days in advance of arrival (30 days with check). 45-60 days in advance? Pay in up to two payments with final payment due 15 days in advance of arrival. Less than 45 days, payment is due in full upon booking.
- Total will include a $165 cleaning fee.
Paying your fully refundable damage deposit by check or elec

- Pay your damage deposit by check and you will not be charged a service fee.

- There will be a 3% non refundable fee added if you pay via Pay Pal.
- Damage deposit due 5 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt, your access code and any additional information for your vacation will be emailed to you.
- This will be refunded by check (through our bank by mail) in full minus any service fees in 3-5 days after check out as long as there is no damage or missing items. Check may take 7-10 days to arrive based on USPS. *We've never kept a damage deposit and hope we never have to!
